- We package our products with the greatest of care so that they arrive safely at your door and in perfect condition.
- We aim to despatch all items within 2 working days (subject to availability).
A note about our handmade products
We try to provide accurate information about our products and supply measurements where possible. However, please be aware that items may vary slightly from the photographs shown due to their handmade nature. Every item on this website is unique which is what makes our gifts so special.
A note about our bags
The majority of our bags are colourfast, however due to the dyeing processes used in some countries, we cannot guarantee that this is always the case.
Order Process
We aim to keep the order process as simple as possible. Once you have added items to your basket, you will proceed to the checkout. You can choose to pay for your products by either Google Checkout or PayPal. Once we have received your order we will prepare the items for dispatch. Only when the items are ready to be shipped will we confirm the order with Google or PayPal and your account will be charged.
Google Checkout
If you already have a Google Checkout account, you can log in and pay for your order quickly and easily. If you would like to create a Google Checkout account, you will be able to do so at this point.
PayPal
If you choose to pay with PayPal you can log in to an existing account if you have one. If you don't have a PayPal account you can simply enter your card details on PayPal's secure form.
Postage & Packing Costs
Our postage and packing costs are divided into three categories:
- Large items = £4.20 per order
- Medium items = £2.50 per order
- Small items = 65p per order
The rate that applies to your order will automatically be added to your basket. You will therefore be aware of the total cost of your order before proceeding to the checkout.
