Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. We do quality check all items before despatch, but should you need to return an item the following applies:

Items can be returned to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch for a full refund minus the cost of postage and packing, or for a replacement item.
Before returning an item, you must contact us to obtain a returns reference number. Any items returned without a reference number will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Jewellery items must be unworn, other items must be unused.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and will be responsible for the item(s) until they are received by us. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or send items by recorded/special delivery.

Please Note: We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
